About a year and a half ago, I was curiously attracted to the daily morning radio advertisement of the Amah praising how good the Thomson Probiogut is in solving her constipation problem. Despite not having any constipation issue myself, and knowing probiotics is beneficial to our guts to maintain healthy immune system, as well as this product is approved by advertiment board, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did as I feel I'm more energetic with less tendency to doze off while watching TV shows. I'll continue to take this Thomson Probiogut as part of my gut maintenance.
